I think I would like to make another sort of introductory post to give any potential readers an idea of what to expect on my blog and what made me want to blog in the first place.
Well I'm hoping to start for a few reasons..
1. Community- The first blog I ever started reading was Color Me Katie, in spring of 2010. Within this last year and a half I've discovered many blogs and am continuously being blown away by the amount of awesome creative people in the blogging world. I always felt weird commenting on posts like a stranger. I would like to connect with others and put a sort of face behind my statements.
2. Inspiration- I am constantly finding so much inspiration around the internet world and I would love to share it with as many people as possible. I'm hoping to take and give a little inspiration (and encouragement) between myself and other bloggers. I am currently planning a series of 'blogger of the moment' type posts to share some of the blogs that have inspired me in the first place.
3. Motivation- Even if all I'm posting is silly doodles and bad animations, having that pressure to post something new will keep me motivated to work more on my art and my writing. I also realize that I have a long ways to improve and I'm also hoping that I can use this blog to track that improvement.
